Join Sonlight for a week long adventure into the Weminuche Wilderness in Southwestern Colorado. Get Out! Climb Mountains! Be Different. You provide personal items, a good raincoat, and a good set of hiking boots, and Sonlight will provide all the gear you'll need. Space is limited to 12 participants.
Resident Camp + Backpack Trip Combo
Attend a high school resident camp and a backpack trip for the total cost of $740 or $870 or $935*- a $50 discount
Backpackers will have the option to stay at Sonlight on Saturday night after the trip, if they wish to attend High School 3 resident camp July 18-24.
*For 2010, we are offering a voluntary 3-tier pricing program. Tier (C) represents the actual cost of a child at Sonlight. Tier (B) is a partially subsidized rate. Tier (A) is our historically subsidized rate. It does not nearly represent the true cost of camp operations.
We realize that families have differing abilities to pay. This program is totally voluntary (you choose the price), and it in no way influences the quality of experience each child receives. As always, additional financial assistance is available to ensure all children have this wonderful opportunity to attend camp.
