Are you great with people? Do you enjoy designing activities, organizing special events, and proposing something “out-of-the-box”? Can you handle responsibility, and hold others accountable? If you’re thinking “yes” right now, you might be a great fit on the team that makes Sonlight’s program come to life. We need young adults who are seasoned, have camp experience, constantly think creatively, and love being up front. You’ll also need to know how to manage and motivate staff, work long hours, and be willing to invest in others.

Great program directors are essential to a great summer camp program.
