CIT's: Counselors In Training

Counselors-In-Training (CIT's)
Entering 10th, 11th or 12th grade

Sonlight's CIT program is an opportunity for high school students to be at Sonlight in a leadership role. Each week of Junior, Discovery and Adventure Camp we select 2 individuals from applications to be a CIT.

CIT's are mentored by older counselors to learn the counseling role: to include sleeping in the cabins, being with kids, assisting with all activities, and being role models for kids.

To be a CIT, complete an application. Have 3 references complete the reference form, and return to Heidi at Sonlight. The selection process will begin in February, so don't delay in getting your application returned to Sonlight.
