At Sonlight, we hear all the time that camp is special because of the friendships that are made here. It’s the people, campers, and program that make Sonlight great. In a world of brokenness, lost hope, fear, and illusions, camp offers a place to ask tough questions, and be reminded of God’s Love. We want kids to realize that it’s ok to have fun, smile, laugh, and play hard. High school kids are searching for substance and truth, and Sonlight offers that chance to search deeper, and find Truth. Our 2010 Theme is relevant to these issues: “Agents of Change: Mission Identity – We must discover our true identity in order to change the world around us.” Join us for an amazing summer at camp!
New for 2010, Sonlight has (3) weeks of High School Camp!
Sonlight offers (3) programs for students entering 9-12th grade in the Fall of 2010. High School Camp: a traditional one-week resident camp High School Backpack Trip: a one-week co-ed backpack trip in the Weminuche Wilderness. X2 Program: an adventure program highlighted with leadership, adventure, and growth.
