Craziness everywhere. Hair dying, dodgeball crazy-ness and Dan leading singing. Winston and Charlie cruising in the golf cart. Winston and Charlie have quite a project going up at the spring. New travel pics up - finally a Texas photo! Thanks Bobby. It's hard to believe tomorrow is August. Our last week of summer camp. Big impact this summer. Our theme has been "Shine". And we will shine. We will not be brought down by the world. As we shine, we will grant others the freedom to shine as well. As God intended.

Pro-hawk guy has been busy at camp. Lots 'o things to do. Discovery kids have been busy too. Huge rain and lightening last night. Amazing how green the meadow is for late July.

Traditionally Sonlight gives a small thank you gift to our volunteer counselors and speakers. This summer we are donating to two organizations to honor our volunteers. The volunteers choose one of the organizations:
The Biteback Campaign
Providing mosquito nets to protect African children from malaria
Invisible children
For the children of war torn Uganda. Providing education and leadership skills to promising children, ultimately empowering a new generation of leaders to take an active role in pursuing peace and social justice

New photo layout, that's what's new! Becca in the kitchen, wildflowers in the high country and great program at camp. Senior high kids hiked Blackhead peak today. A bit of rain, muddy boots and creative trail following. All good.
