Also coming up, Brett will be flying to Michigan to meet with Head Guy/Girl counselors Heather and Nick. JennyMark is going to join the fun as well for the weekend. Lots 'o planning to do! Gals from the United Methodist Church in Durango with us this weekend. We had a great time and they brought us Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Chocolates. A productive weekend with Brett and Kate as well. We took our own group photo. Where are all the kids?

Brett can be thanked for ordering some rockin' new sweatshirts. They'll make a great addition to any wardrobe. The 30th year edition, these puppies are classic. Winston is trying to figure out some place really cool to travel to get his pic on the 'travels' page in one of them. 95 days until staff arrive for the summer!

Spring is definitely in the air at camp. Brett and Kate are at camp this weekend, and the planning for summer is going strong. Watch out.... the ideas are flowing! Staff hiring is coming along, Brett is having a great time putting together a team for the summer. Too many great people out there, his decisions are not easy!
God is not looking for spiritual giants. He is looking for believers who believe for a change.

Happy Valentines Day everybody. And Happy mid-February. Days are getting longer and feel a bit spring-like, but it's still winter at Sonlight. 18" new snow at camp last week. Winston and Roz from the Forest Service spent a day sorting out permits for our hikes and backpack trips next summer. Some awesome trips are planned.

Fresh snow this morning, it's great to see things look wintry again. 14" of new snow overnight at Wolf Creek. Benji likes it. All this snow means a green meadow next summer, and lots 'o water in the spring.

A new Devo up. Remember that the details of our life are praise to God.
Weekend groups at camp keep things lively. Warm weather has really settled the snow depth, but it's definitely still wintry looking. Brett is mighty busy with summer plans, staff hiring, CIT's and such.
A new "Memorials" page is up to honor some wonderful camp friends. We are better people to have know Scott Hudson, Norm Winchester and Ginny Cardelli.
