Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to your camp session will result in a refund of all payments except the nonrefundable deposit.
Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to your camp session will result in the forfeiture of the entire cost if the space cannot be filled. If the space is filled, all payments except the nonrefundable deposit will be refunded. We cannot guarantee we will be able to fill the space. (Exceptions may exist for medical emergencies and other situations beyond the family’s control.) There are no refunds or pro-rated pricing for early departures or late arrivals.
